PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-111 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE GP-88-6, THE APPLICATION OF EARL <br />AUGUSTA AND STANLEY PARTNERS FOR A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, Earl Augusta and Stanley Partners have applied to amend <br />the Land Use Element of the General Plan to change the <br />Land Use designation of an approximately one acre site <br />located at 3963 Stanley Boulevard from Medium Density <br />Residential to Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 26, <br />1988, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />The proposed General Plan amendment is inappropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case GP-88-6, the application of Earl Augusta <br />and Stanley Partners to amend the Land Use Element <br />of the General Plan to change the approximately one are <br />site located at 3963 Stanley Boulevard from Medium <br />Density Residential to Commercial and Offices. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Tarver and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioner Hovingh <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
