PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-113 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-88-9, APPLICATION OF CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Connolly Development has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 0.56 acre site from the C-F (Freeway <br />Commercial) District to the C-N (Neighborhood <br />Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 26, 1988, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-88-9; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 28, 1988 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held October 26, 1988 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-88-9, <br />the application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an <br />approximately 0.56 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Sunol <br />Boulevard from the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to <br />the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
