PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-113 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-88-9, APPLICATION OF CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, Connolly Development has applied to rezone an approximately 0.56 acre site from the C-F (Freeway Commercial) District to the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 26, 1988, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-88-9; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 28, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held October 26, 1988 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-88-9, the application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 0.56 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Sunol Boulevard from the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
