PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-114 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-88-9, <br />APPLICATION OF CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Connolly Development has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 0.56 acre site from the C-F (Freeway <br />Commercial) District to the C-N (Neighborhood <br />Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 26, 1988, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration for RZ-88-9 after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds C-N (Neighborhood <br />Commercial) District to be in conformance with the <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case RZ-88-9, the application <br />of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately <br />0.56 acre site located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Mission Drive and Sunol Boulevard from <br />the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District to the C-N <br />(Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
