CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.a~'DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TABLE 18.44.090 <br />(PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES) OF CHAPTER <br />18.04 AND CHAPTER 18.40 OF TITLE 18 OF THE <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO DELETE CARDROOMS <br />AS A PERMITTED USE IN C-R (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL- <br />MALL) AND AS A CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USE IN <br />C-R (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL-PERIPHERY) AND C-C <br />(CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Amend Table 18.44.090 of Chapter 18.04 of <br />Title 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br />delete as follows: <br />CR CR <br />(m) (p) CN CC CS CF CA <br />,c~'~'pAt~/,~/ P c c <br />pool halls <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br />Valley Times" a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion published in the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its final passage and <br />adoption. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular. meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on by the following vote. <br />
