PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-117 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-88-12, APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR AND <br />KONRAD RICKENBACH <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach have applied <br />for development plan approval to develop ten parcels and <br />related improvements for service commercial uses to be <br />located on an approximately 38-acre site located <br />generally in the area south of the intersection of <br />Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 9, 1988, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-88-12; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 30, 1988, and received <br />the recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 9, 1988 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-88-12, application of Frank Auf der Maur and <br />Konrad Rickenbach for development plan approval to <br />develop ten parcels and related improvements for service <br />commercial uses to be located on an approximately 38- <br />acre site located generally in the area south of the <br />intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley <br />Boulevard. <br />
