PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-118 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-88-12, <br />APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR AND KONRAD RICKENBACH <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach have applied <br />for development plan approval to develop ten parcels and <br />related improvements for service commercial uses to be <br />located on an approximately 38-acre site located <br />generally in the area south of the intersection of <br />Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 9, 1988, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-88-12 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the development plan <br />is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of <br />the PUD Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-88-12, application of <br />Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach for development <br />plan approval to develop ten parcels and related <br />improvements for service commercial uses to be located <br />on an approximately 38-acre site located generally in <br />the area south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley <br />Avenues and Stanley Boulevard subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1988 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern and <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Tarver <br />
