PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-118 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-88-12, APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR AND KONRAD RICKENBACH WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach have applied for development plan approval to develop ten parcels and related improvements for service commercial uses to be located on an approximately 38-acre site located generally in the area south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 9, 1988, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-88-12 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the development plan is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-88-12, application of Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach for development plan approval to develop ten parcels and related improvements for service commercial uses to be located on an approximately 38-acre site located generally in the area south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern and Michelotti NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Tarver
