CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-440 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE SPELLING OF 'NICOLE AVENUE TO <br /> "NICHOLE AVENUE" AND CORTNEY AVENUE TO "COURTNEY AVENUE" <br /> IN TPACTS 5445, 5446, 5736 AND 5746 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 6, 1987, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development (SR 87:457) regarding the necessity to <br /> correct the spelling of two street names; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The spelling of Nicole Avenue is hereby changed to <br /> "Nichole Avenue" and Cortney Avenue is changed to <br /> "Courtney Avenue" for Tracts 5445, 5446, 5736, and 5746 <br /> in the Mohr-Martin Area. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Engineer is directed to file a Certificate <br /> of Correction on the affected final maps reflecting <br /> these changes. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None NNE~ERCER~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> : <br /> <br />~e~r' D'.
