The San Francisco Bay Basin Water Quality Control Plan of the <br />San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board requires that local <br />agencies in the County of Alameda (viz, the parties to this agreement) <br />shall prepare for review by said Regional Board a detailed proposal for <br />evaluation of non-point source pollution by June 1, 1988. <br /> <br /> B. This agreement will provide for the allocation of responsibility <br />for the work and for distribution of the cost thereof. <br /> <br /> - I - <br /> <br /> <br />
