PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-129 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED <br />FOR CASE RZ-88-12, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of November 1, 1988, the City Council <br />initiated prezoning of seven parcels totalling 31 acres <br />acres along Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, <br />1988, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration for RZ-88-12; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 8, 1988 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held December 14, <br />1988, at which time the public was given the opportunity <br />to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />RZ-88-12, the application of the City of Pleasanton to <br />prezone four parcels totalling 20 acres to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential <br />District, two parcels totalling l0 acres to the PUD - <br />Medium/High Density Residential District, and one parcel <br />totalling 1 acre to the PUD - Medium Density Residential <br />District on Trenery Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
