PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-131 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF CASE AP-88-31, <br />APPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, <br />1988, the Planning Commission considered the appeal of a <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator which denied Case <br />Z-88-531, the application of McCarthy Landscape <br />Maintenance for a home occupation permit to operate a <br />landscape maintenance service out of his residence <br />located at 259 Kottinger Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the use as proposed <br />is inappropriate in the R-1-6500 zoning district. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Denies the appeal of McCarthy Landscape Maintenance <br />for allow a Landscape Maintenance business to be located <br />at 259 Kottinger Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE DECEMBER 14, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: December 14, 1988 <br />
