CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-434 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5746, BA8 OF PLEASANTONt <br /> UNIT III <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5746, bas of Pleasanton, Unit III, have been submitted <br /> and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br /> inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> Directo~ of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of October 6 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5746, bas of Pleasanton, Unit III, are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5746, has of <br /> Pleasanton, Unit III, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
