<br />Resolution No. PC-2007-28 approving PDR-602 was entered and adopted as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox called for a recess at 8:40 p.m. <br /> <br />The hearing reconvened at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Connor left the meeting during the recess. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />6. <br /> <br />a. PCUP-185, Steve Black, Generations HealthCare of Pleasanton, LLC <br />Applications for: (1) a modification to a previously approved conditional use <br />permit (UP-71-13, Pleasanton Convalescent Hospital) to increase the number of <br />beds from 129 to 139 at the existing convalescent hospital; and (2) a variance <br />from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to reduce the required parking from 125 <br />spaces to the existing 99 spaces. The property is located at 300 Neal Street and is <br />zoned P (Public & Institutional) District. <br /> <br />This item was continued to a future meeting. <br /> <br />b. PUD-55, Michael Carey and Steve Maestas <br />Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of an approximately <br />0.24-acre parcel from RM-15 (Multiple-Family Residential) District and Core <br />Area Overlay District to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development – High Density <br />Residential) District and Core Area Overlay District; and development plan <br />approval to demolish two existing residential units, renovate one existing <br />residential unit, and construct four new single-family homes for a total of five <br />residential units, at the property located at 225 West Angela Street. <br /> <br />This item was continued to June 27, 2007. <br /> <br />c.
