<br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 23, 2007 <br /> <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 23, 2007 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Fox. <br /> <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; <br />Jenny Soo, Associate Planner, and Cory Emberson, <br />Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Phil Blank, Anne Fox, Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O’Connor, Arne Olson, and Jennifer Pearce. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />a. May 9, 2007 <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank complimented Ms. Emberson on a good job of capturing the <br />essence of what he had said with respect to high voltage lines in residential areas on <br />page 14. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank noted that he did not recall whether he had said “either assertion <br />could be made,” or “neither assertion could be made” on the last sentence of the third <br />paragraph on page 17. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff would confirm the language from the tape. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES May 23, 2007 Page 1 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
