CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-431 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO THE SANTA RITA/I-S80 EASTBOUND ON-RAMP <br /> AND TASSAJARA ROAD/I-S80 WESTBOUND ON-RAMP AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:451), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for construction <br /> of the modification to the Santa Rita/I-580 eastbound <br /> on-ramp and Tassajara Road/I-580 westbound on-ramp, and <br /> that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 6, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of the modification to the Santa Rita/I-580 <br /> eastbound on-ramp and Tassajara Road/I-580 westbound <br /> on-ramp. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ~e%~ '~. ~acDon&l~, C~ty 'A~t6'fney <br /> <br /> <br />
