Commissioner Pearce noted that the first sentence of the fourth paragraph on page 16 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “Commissioner Pearce had some parking <br />concerns and understood that Commissioner Blank’s statements about having only one <br />car may reflect the fact that Commissioner Blank’s experience of live-work was limited to <br />that in Europe.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted a typographical error on the second sentence of the fifth <br />paragraph on page 15 and should be modified as follows: “Je He requested a <br />photomontage from Main Street.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted that the second sentence of the last paragraph on page 15 <br />should be modified to read as follows: “He would like to see some focus toward business <br />incubators in this location as described by the applicant, perhaps a 500-700-square-foot <br />facility for venture-funded companies being funded by venture capital.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson noted the second sentence of the first paragraph on page 17 should <br />be modified to read as follows: “He would like to see incubator-type businesses such as <br />computer offices.” <br /> <br />Chairperson Fox noted that the sentence on the fifth paragraph on page 17 should be <br />modified to read as follows: “Although Chairperson Fox noted that she is supportive of <br />mixed-use developments, she did not think that in terms of parking, the live-work concept <br />is viable in the long term.” <br /> <br />Commissioner Olson moved to adopt the minutes of January 10, 2007, as amended. <br />Commissioner Blank second the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, O’Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />The motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The minutes of January 10, 2007, were approved as amended. <br /> <br />3.
