CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-427 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR FOOTMILL BAND <br /> REVIEW PARADE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 6, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report from the Assistant to the City <br /> Manager (SR 87:422) regarding an application from the <br /> Foothill Band Review Committee for a permit to h01d the <br /> annual Band Review Parade on October 24, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Foothill Band Review <br /> Committee for a permit to hold the annual Band Review <br /> Parade on October 24, 1987, to be held in the City of <br /> Pleasanton as more particularly delineated in the report <br /> of the Assistant to the City Manager (SR 87:422), <br /> subject to all conditions set forth in the report. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City budget for fiscal year 1987-88 is amended by <br /> allocating $7,863.00 necessary to pay for costs of staff <br /> overtime. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None NNE~THR~Y <br /> ATTEST: "' <br /> <br /> K .
