CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-424 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF MERLE KRAL, ET AL. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FIVE PARCEL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT 3775 MOHR AVENUE (PUD-87-21) WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Merle Kral, et al. for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a five-parcel, single-family residential development, to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 Mohr Avenue (PUD-87-21); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 18, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Merle Kral, et al. for Planned Unit Development rezoning and deve].opment plan approval for a five-parcel, single-family residential development, to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 Mohr Avenue (PUD-87-2].).
