CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-424 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF MERLE KRAL, ET AL. FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> FIVE PARCEL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT 3775 MOHR AVENUE <br /> (PUD-87-21) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Merle Kral, et al. for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br /> five-parcel, single-family residential development, to <br /> be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 <br /> Mohr Avenue (PUD-87-21); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated August 18, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Merle Kral, et al. for Planned Unit Development <br /> rezoning and deve].opment plan approval for a <br /> five-parcel, single-family residential development, to <br /> be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 <br /> Mohr Avenue (PUD-87-2].). <br /> <br /> <br />
