Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566 AGREEMENT FOR GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM EXEMPTION EXHIBIT "D" Notice of Termination of Moderate Income Rental Program The owners of the property located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, which property is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Project"), hereby certify for the record and for the purpose of notifying the general public and all parties potentially concerned therewith, that a period of ten (10) years or as extended pursuant to Paragraph 8 of the Agreement has passed during which the Project has complied with the provisions of the "Agreement for Implementation of the Growth Management Program Exemption," which was recorded with respect to the property on the day of , 19 , as document number , Official Records, Alameda County (the "Agreement"), for the period specified therein. As of the day of , 19 , pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Project has been and shall forever hereafter be released from the provisions and requirements of the Agreement.
