Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM EXEMPTION <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "D" <br /> <br /> Notice of Termination of Moderate Income Rental Program <br /> <br /> The owners of the property located in the City of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, which property is <br />described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Project"), hereby <br />certify for the record and for the purpose of notifying the <br />general public and all parties potentially concerned therewith, <br />that a period of ten (10) years or as extended pursuant to <br />Paragraph 8 of the Agreement has passed during which the Project <br />has complied with the provisions of the "Agreement for <br />Implementation of the Growth Management Program Exemption," which <br />was recorded with respect to the property on the day of <br /> , 19 , as document number , Official Records, <br />Alameda County (the "Agreement"), for the period specified <br />therein. <br /> <br /> As of the day of , 19 , pursuant to the <br />terms of the Agreement, the Project has been and shall forever <br />hereafter be released from the provisions and requirements of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this certificate has been executed by the <br />undersigned.
