CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-423 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION MAKING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br /> ALLOCATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 1987 the City Council considered the <br /> report of its Growth Management Committee, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report and <br /> in City Council's review of the proposed schedule of <br /> allocations, the City Council finds the projects and <br /> schedule of development are in furtherance of the public <br /> interest and in furtherance of the City's General Plan <br /> policies, particularly as follows: <br /> <br /> a. The Trammell Crow and Northern Group projects will <br /> provide the City with 15% low income units. <br /> <br /> b. The Ferreri-Matteson project will provide <br /> affordable "for sale" housing for the City. <br /> <br /> c. Both the B-W Construction project and the Diamond <br /> Properties project are providing infill development <br /> consistent with the City's General Plan development <br /> policies. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City hereby grants growth management approval <br /> to the listed projects for development in accordance with the <br /> following schedule: <br /> <br /> NO. OF NO.
