CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-419 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT ON MOHR HOUSE HISTORIC <br /> REHABILITATION PROPOSAL AND APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> INTERACTIVE RESOURCES AND RIGHT TO ENTER AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services (SR 87:409) regarding the Mohr House historic <br /> rehabilitation project proposal and status of the <br /> property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Interactive Resources, <br /> regarding evaluating the feasibility of and optional <br /> uses for the reuse and relocation of Mohr House, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the agreement with Miriam <br /> Chu, Eugene Y. C. Choi, and Max Gahrahmat to allow the <br /> City the right to enter the property for the purpose of <br /> protecting Mohr House and completing the tasks outlined <br /> in the consultants scope of work, a copy of which right <br /> to enter is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreements. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
