She stated she believes that insofar as Chapter 9 <br />speaks to the importance of open meetings, once the Council has discussion and <br />recognizes that public discussion and public comments need to be included, it is <br />important to have not just one meeting, but two or more. She indicated she believes <br />the Council has satisfied the law, if there is discussion tonight about everything that <br />was discussed as a Council collectively, previous to tonight. She added her real <br />interest in this, is because the salaried have not been raised since 1990. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Councilmember McGovern commented on the previous discussion regarding the <br />Management Survey. She requested that the committee be provided with latest San <br />Ramon Survey information. Mr. Fialho advised that he has the most recent information <br />which was produced in 2005, and that he would provide it to the Council. <br /> <br />8. COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />8a. CLOSED SESSION: The closed session was held at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />10.
