CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-417 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION SURVEY <br /> SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CREEGAN & D'ANGELO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to change orders in the Valley Avenue Extension <br /> Project, Creegan & D'Angelo has performed survey work <br /> which was beyond the original scope of work identified <br /> in their existing contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87:416), he estimated $30,000 should be <br /> sufficient to cover the above mentioned extra work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> to amend the city's existing contract, dated August 5, <br /> 1986, with Creegan & D'Angelo to raise the maximum <br /> compensation from $97,200 to $127,200 for construction <br /> survey services on the Valley Avenue Extension Project <br /> (NO. 1986-1). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~/~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: _ <br /> ~NN~TH R.
