<br />Council recessed to a break at 9:15 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 9:19 <br />p.m., with all members present except Mayor Hosterman. <br /> <br />6b. PUD-44. Barbara Younc <br /> <br />Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning from Agriculture (A) <br />to Planned unit development - Low Density Residential (PUD-LDR) District and <br />development plan approval for a three-lot residential development on an <br />existing 2.91-acre parcel. (SR 06:202) <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Director of Planning and Community Development, summarized <br />the staff report and advised that the Planning Commission recommended that <br />the City Council approve Case No. PUD-44, subject to the conditions of <br />approval as presented. Staff recommended Council approve the application; <br />find that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and <br />that the project would have a de minimus impact on wildlife and therefore, <br />approve the negative declaration; find that the proposed PUD Development <br />Plan is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD <br />Ordinance; make the Planned Unit Development findings as identified in the <br />Planning Commission staff report; and, introduce an ordinance approving Case <br />PUD-44 for a rezoning of 2.91 acres from Agriculture District to PUD-LDR <br />planned Unit Development - Low Density Residential District <br /> <br />Council member McGovern questioned the color of the house. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded the photographs of the artistic renderings sometimes do <br />not come across as well as the colors that are actually used. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan questioned whether the access was off Dublin Canyon <br />Road and whether it was close to the access into the Presley development. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded the access roads were not far apart. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by BrozoskylThorne to introduce Ordinance No. 1939 an <br />Ordinance approving the application of Barbara Young for PUD rezoning and <br />development plan approval, as filed under Case PUD-44; Adopt Resolution 06- <br />061 a resolution approving a negative declaration for the application of Barbara <br />Young for PUD rezoning and development plan approval, as filed under Case <br />PUD-44; approve the PUD application for rezoning from Agriculture to Planned <br />unit development-Low Density Residential and development plan approval for a <br />three-lot residential development on an existing 2.91-acre parcel.
