<br />requires every custom home builder to plant a certain number, size, and type of <br />tree with the development of the site. <br /> <br />Councilmember Thome questioned whether the conditions included the <br />adjacent property owner's requests. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson responded the conditions were addressed at the Planning <br />Commission stage. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Greg Reznick owner of property at 5 Windy Oaks Road mentioned the spirit <br />and philosophy behind the entire development was to show respect for the <br />Specific Plan, for the demography of the site and to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />City Attomey Roush explained that a condition could be written that would link <br />project approval to the construction of the water tank. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan reopened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Greg Reznick, owner of property at 5 Windy Oaks Road, voiced his concems <br />regarding why the approval of his project should be based on a condition as to <br />the construction of the water tank. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan noted that Council wanted to explore options for financing <br />the water tank regardless of the earlier agreement. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Sullivan closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: It was m/s by Thome/McGovern to introduce Ordinance No. 1938 an <br />ordinance approving the application of Threehand, LP/Greg Reznick for PUD <br />Development Plan Approval as filed under Case PUD-54, subject to an <br />additional condition that prior to the Council's approval of a final map for the <br />project, the City shall have awarded a contract for the construction of a water <br />reservoir, and for the installation of a rough graded road to the water reservoir, <br />on the applicant's property.
