<br />program for FY 2006; and to direct staff to provide a report to Council outlining the <br />advantages and disadvantages in funding the administration of the program in the future. <br /> <br />Mr. Sullivan believed a portion of the effectiveness of this program is related to <br />management who implements the program. Conceptually, he did not object to funding the <br />administration costs from the General Fund, but he was worried that the administrative function <br />would be at risk at some point in the future. <br /> <br />Ms. McGovern was hopeful the Human Services Commission is a part of the discussion. <br />Because of the importance of these projects, she wondered if there a bottom- line amount of <br />funding that the City could continue to provide. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Staff announced that the April 11 Joint CounciVPlanning Commission Land Use <br />Workshop was cancelled. The workshop would be rescheduled. <br /> <br />8.
