CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-414 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF $10,000 FOR <br /> PLEASANTON'S SHARE OF DUBLIN/PLEASANTON STREET ANALYSIS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> (SR 87:410) regarding a proposed Dublin/Pleasanton <br /> street analysis; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a proposal was received from John Heindel and Associates <br /> to perform this study for $20,000, which appears <br /> reasonable to staff and the other parties involved; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council authorizes appropriation of $10,000.00 from <br /> surplus funds available in the North Pleasanton <br /> Improvement District No. 1 for the City's maximum share <br /> in a study of Dublin/Pleasanton freeway and street <br /> costs. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None N~~H~.MERCER~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K H <br /> <br />ames ~.
