<br />MINUTES <br />OF THE <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />October 25, 2005 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hosterman called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 9:20 <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk called the roll as follows: Councilmembers present were: <br />Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovern, Matthew Sullivan, and Jerry Thome. Staff members <br />present were: Nelson Fialho, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney, and Jerry <br />Iserson, Director of Planning and Community Services. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF JOINT WORKSHOP AND SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF <br />OCTOBER 11. 2005 <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Mr. Thorne, to approve the <br />minutes of the joint workshop and special meeting of October 11, 2005. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Council members Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, and <br />Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />There were no speakers. <br /> <br />4. ACTION ITEMS CONCERNING GENERAL PLAN UPDATE: HACIENDA <br />BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />Mayor Hosterman believed Council and the Planning Commission had given staff <br />and the consultants from Hacienda Business Park ample direction. <br />
