Call to Order <br /> Mayor Hostemnan called the special meeting of the Pleasanton City <br /> Council to order at 9:37 p.m. <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Council Members present were Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovern, Matt Sullivan, <br /> Jerry Thorne, and Mayor Jennifer Hosterman. Staff members present were <br /> Nelson Fialho, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Jacqui Diaz, <br /> Assistant to the City Manager; Pamela Ott, Economic Development Manager; <br /> Jerry Iserson, Director of Planning and Community Development; Tim Neal, <br /> Police Chief; Julie Farnsworth, Director of Library Services; William Cody, Fire <br /> Chief; Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works; and Jim Wolfe, Director of Parks <br /> and Community Services. <br /> 2.
