CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-412 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5736, MOHR AVENUE ESTATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5736, Mohr Avenue Estates, have been submitted and <br /> checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br /> inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of September 15, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5736, Mohr Avenue Estates, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5736, Mohr Avenue <br /> Estates, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ET~MERCER~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE <br /> <br /> ~e~ b'. ac ona , 1 y orney <br /> <br /> <br />
