CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Jennifer Hosterman called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District Board of Directors to order at 7:02 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Directors Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovern, Matt Sullivan, and Chairperson Hosterman were present. Also present were Nelson Fialho, Executive Director, Michael Roush, Legal Counsel, and Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer. 3. SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE GEOLOGICAL HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR OAK TREE FARM. TRACT 6563 AND TRACT 6748: MOLLER RANCH. TRACT 6618: LAUREL CREEK ESTATES (THE PRESERVE. OAK HILL ESTATES. AND KOLB RANCH ESTATES)' TRACT 6400. TRACT 6590. TRACT 7045. AND TRACT 6951: AND LEMOINE RANCH ESTATES. TRACT 7176. (SR 05:127) Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer, presented the staff report. It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, to adopt Resolution No. 05-001, declaring intention within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tracts 6563 and 6748) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 05-002, declaring intention within the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tract 6618) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 05-003, declaring intention within the Laurel Creek Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates and Kolb Ranch Estates), (Tracts 6400, 6590, 7045, and 6951) Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering levy and collection thereof; and to adopt Resolution No. 05-004, declaring Board of Directors - GHAD 1 05/17/05 Minutes
