CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-411 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION8 FOR <br /> HOPYARD ROAD SOUNDWALLS, PROJECT NO. 87-53, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:406), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for soundwalls on <br /> Hopyard Road, Project No. 87-53, and that said plans <br /> have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> soundwalls on Hopyard Road, Project No. 87-43. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ///~/~]~/ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />yames ~.'~alker, C~ty Clerk '~ <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
