AGENDA AMENDMENTS

Mr. Fialho said item 6i, approval of consultant agreement to provide engineering
services for the design of Vineyard Avenue Median Streetscape Improvements and Pavement
Overlay project, ClPS 045003 and 048051, was continued indefinitely.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR

Mr. Brozosky referenced page A 10 of agenda item 6C and asked if the funding for
Funds 929 and 930 had been received.

Mr. Roush said the funding for Fund 930 had been received for the traffic equipment
Vineyard/Ruby Hill. The funds for Fund 929, Bernal Widening: Vineyard/Arroyo Del Valle and
Traffic Signal have not been received because the obligation to pay these fees and the pro-rata
share will not occur until the improvements have been made. Although there is an interim traffic
signal, it is not the ultimate traffic signal nor has the widening of the bridge occurred. Once
these improvements are made, Signature Properties will pay its pre-rata share.

Pieasanton City Council 2 06/21/05
Minutes
