CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-410 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR FIVE ACRE PARK FROM PONDEROSA <br /> MOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from Ponderosa <br /> Industries, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, for purposes of a park site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87:419) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Ponderosa Industries, Inc. to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for a five acre park site is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> R.
