ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the mil, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers present were Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovem, Matt Sullivan, and <br /> Mayor Hosterman. Staff membem present were: Nelson Fialho, City Manager; Michael <br /> Roush, City Attorney; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Jerry Iserson, Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development; Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works; Jim <br /> Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community Services; Jeff Zolfarelli, Deputy Fire Chief; Tim <br /> Neal, Police Chief; and Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho noted that agenda items 6f and 6g are continued by staff indefinitely. <br /> He mentioned that a correction needed to be made to Attachment A of the staff report for <br /> agenda item 4i. The current attachment shows a billing rate of $805.00 per hour for the <br /> associate manager. The corrected amount is $80.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozoaky, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, that the following <br /> actions under the Consent Calendar be taken with the correction to Attachment A <br /> of agenda item 4i as previously noted by Mr. Fialho: <br /> <br /> a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 02/01/05 and the joint <br /> workshop minutes and special meeting minutes of 01/25/05. <br /> <br /> b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br /> (IR 05:010) No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br /> c. Accepted the Traffic Committee minutes of December 2, 2004. (IR 05:005) <br /> <br /> d. Accepted the Traffic Committee minutes of January 6, 2005. (IR 05:007) <br /> <br /> e. Commended Hands Across the Water Organization for contributing educational <br /> supplies and resources to a village in Liberia. <br /> <br /> f. Commended Kylie Copenhagen, creator of the "Ladybug Game." <br /> <br /> g. Approved plans and specifications and awarded a contract to Dan Electric for the <br /> construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Fire <br /> Station 4 driveway, Project No. 55006.
