CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozoaky, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, that the following <br />actions be taken under the Consent Calendar with corrections to pages 11, 15 and <br />22 of the minutes of the City Council meeting of 12/07/04. <br /> <br /> Ms. McGovern noticed that the traffic minutes of November 4, 2005 included a <br />discussion regarding a possible traffic signal to be installed at Valley Avenue at <br />Northway. She asked if staff would come back to Council informing them of where traffic <br />signals are predicted to be installed in the City to build out? <br /> <br /> Nelson Fialho, City Manager, said this would be presented to Council in the <br />context of the General Plan update when the revised traffic model is presented to <br />Council. <br /> <br /> a. Approved the Minutes of the City Council meeting of 12/07/04 with <br /> corrections to pages 11, 15, and 22. <br /> <br /> b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br /> (IR 05:002). No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br /> c. Approved the monthly disbursements, investment report, and COPS AB <br /> 3229 Expenditure Reports for November 2004. (SR 05:012) <br /> <br /> d. Accepted public improvements for the renovation of Park Play Equipment, <br /> ClP No. 027060. (SR 05:020) <br /> <br /> e. Commended Gabriella Perko, Annette Langer, Elisabeth Fraser, and Vivi <br /> de Villa for the Police K-9 Protective Vest Program. <br /> <br /> f. Commended Officer Randall Paulson. <br /> <br /> g. Ratified and approved the acceptance of the traffic signal on Vineyard <br /> Avenue at Ruby Hill Boulevard. (SR 05:001) <br /> <br /> h. Rejected bids for the conversion to underground utilities for private <br /> properties on First Street, CIP No. 025071B. (SR 05:003) <br /> <br /> i. Approved a Reimbursement Agreement with Callahan Properties to <br /> design and construct a portion of a 16-inch loop water main in the City's <br /> Bonde Zone. (SR 05:009) <br /> <br /> j.
