Pleasanton Unified School District). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning potential litigation against Granite <br />Construction Company/RMC Pacific Materials concerning the asphalt plant on Stanley <br />Boulevard, <br /> <br /> Conference with real property negotiator Nelson Fialho, for potential acquisition <br />of a portion of 1680 Vineyard Avenue for a water tank site. <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation {Si(~nature Properties, <br />et al. v. City of Pleasanton; and Sit, nature Properties v. City of Pleasanton [arbitration <br />proceedings]). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning pending litigation (Chestnut, et al. v. <br />City of Pleasanton). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning settlement agreement arising out of <br />City of Pleasanton v. Jerry Wa,qner. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:01 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council member Hosterman referred to Measure X on the Pleasanton ballot and <br />Proposition lA at the State level and urged a yes vote on each of them. She asked <br />people to shop at the small businesses in downtown Pleasanton during the holidays. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roil, which is recorded as follows: <br />Council members present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, Jennifer <br />Hosterman, and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff members present were Nelson Fialho, City <br />Manager; Jerry Iserson, Acting Director of Planning and Community Development, <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney, Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager, James W.
