CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tom Pico called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement <br />District Board of Directors to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Directors Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, Jennifer Hosterman, and Mayor <br />Pico were present. Also present were Deborah McKeehan, Executive Director, Michael <br />Roush, Legal Counsel, and Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />3. LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS (SR 04:134) <br /> <br />Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works, presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Hosterman, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to adopt <br />Resolution No. 04-001, declaring intention within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic <br />Hazard Abatement District (The Preserve) (Tracts 6400, 6590, and Tract 7045 - <br />Oak Hill Estates) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. <br />04-002, declaring intention within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement <br />District (Tracts 6563 and 6748) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt <br />Resolution No. 04-003, declaring intention within the Moiler Ranch (Tract 6618) <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering levy and collection thereof; and <br />to adopt Resolution No. 04-004, declaring intention assessment within the Lemoine <br />Ranch Estates (Tract 7176) and ordering levy and collection thereof. <br /> <br />Board of Directors - GHAD 1 06/01/04 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
