CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tom Pico called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District <br />Board of Directors to order at 6:5:5 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll which is recorded as follows: Directors Kay <br />Ayala, Matt Campbell, Sharrell Michelotti and Chairperson Tom Pico were present. Director <br />Becky Dennis was absent and excused. Also present were Deborah Acosta McKeehan, <br /> Executive Director, and Michael Roush, Legal Counsel. <br /> <br />3. LEVY OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS (SR 02:165) <br /> <br />Phil Grubstick presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. 02- <br />004, confirming assessments within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement <br />District (Tracts 6563 and 6748) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt <br />Resolution No. 02-005, confirming assessments within the Moiler Ranch (Tract 6618) <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering levy and collection thereof; and to adopt <br />Resolution No. 02-006, confirming assessments within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic <br />Hazard Abatement District (The Preserve) (Tracts 6400, 6590, and Tract 7045 - Oak Hills <br />Estates) and ordering levy and collection thereof. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Boardmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Michelotti, and Chairperson Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Board of Directors - GHAD <br />Minutes <br /> <br />07/16/02 <br /> <br /> <br />
