MEETINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Recognition of the ProAction Foundation for a $1,500 contribution to support the <br />Recreational Activities for the Developmentally Disabled (RADD) Program. <br /> <br />The presentation was continued to October 19, 2004. <br /> <br />Other Speakers <br /> <br /> Jerry Wagner, a Happy Valley resident, addressed Council regarding Greenbriar <br />Homes' proposed 97-unit, single-family detached homes project on the "Spotorno Flat" <br />along Alisal Street and the construction of a bypass road along the westerly edge of the <br />Spotomo Property. <br /> <br /> Kevin Close, a Happy Valley resident, addressed Council in opposition to the <br />preannexation agreements for City sewer and water that the City has entered into with some <br />property owners outside the City of Pleasanton.
