2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson ca/led the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, and Jennifer <br />Hosterman. Staff members present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael <br />Roush, City Attorney; Dawn Abrahamson, City Clerk; Nelson Fialho, Deputy City Manager; <br />Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Rob Wilson, Director <br />of Public Works; and Susan Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Pico was absent and excused. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeahan mentioned that a fifth item was added to the Closed Session and a <br />resolution expressing City Council support for State Proposition lA, which would limit the <br />State's ability to take funds from local governments, was also added to the agenda as item <br />4u. Agenda item 4a, approval of minutes of July 20, 2004, was continued to October 5, <br />2004. Agenda item 4m, approval of a license agreement with Zone 7 for the public use of <br />the buffer strip along Martin Avenue, was continued to October 5, 2004 at the request of <br />Zone 7. The presentation listed under Meeting Open to the Public was continued to October <br />19, 2004. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hosterman requested that agenda item 6g, PRZ-24, City of Pleasanton, be <br />continued to October 5, 2004. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky requested that agenda items 4b, consultant contract with Mundie & <br />Associates for Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR) - Greenbriar Homes' <br />request for Happy Valley Specific Plan modifications and project approval, Spotomo Ranch; <br />4c, approve plans and specifications; review of bids and award of contract for Civic Center <br />Signage, Project No. 988029; and 4s, request to connect to City sewer system and approval <br />of a pre-annexation agreement for the Dees (6745 Alisal Street), be removed from the <br />Consent Calendar and placed under Public Hearings and Other Matters. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Me. Hoeterman, that the following <br />actions under the Consent Calendar be taken, with the removal of items 4a, 4b, 4c, <br />4m, and 4s. <br /> <br />a.
