Item 6a <br />2004-2005 Annual Assessments for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts <br />1984-1 (Ponderosa), 1993-1 (Windsor)~ 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch)~ 1994-1 (Oak Tree <br />Farm), and 1995-1 (Moiler Ranch). (SR 04:168) <br /> <br />Rob Wilson presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing. <br /> <br />There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. iHosterman, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 04-050, confirming the Engineer's report and levying the 2004-2005 assessment <br />for Lighting and Landscape District 1984-1 (Ponderosa); to adopt Resolution No. <br />04-051, confirming the Engineer's report and levying the 2004-2005 assessment for <br />Lighting and Landscape District 1993-1 (Windsor); to adopt Resolution No. 04-052, <br />confirming the Engineer's report and levying the 2004-2005 assessment for Lighting <br />and Landscape District 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch); to adopt Resolution No. 04-053, <br />confirming the Engineer's report and levying the 2004-2005 assessment for Lighting <br />and Landscape District 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); to adopt Resolution No. 04-054, <br />confirming the Engineer's report and levying the 2004-2005 assessment for Lighting <br />and Landscape District 1995-1 (Moiler Ranch); appropriating $10,746 from the <br />General Fund to the respective Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts; and <br />appropriating $814 from the Water Enterprise Operating fund to the respective <br />Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Campbell <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />6b <br />PAP-66 (PCUP-112)~ Mary, Kay Berg~ Achievement Learnine Center. (SR 04:181) <br />Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of an application for conditional use <br />permit to operate a private tutorial school in the existing building located at 231 Old <br />Bernal Avenue~ Suite 1.
