CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-407 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A RESOLUTION <br /> ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) AMENDING SECTION V <br /> (SPECIAL PERMITS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 15, 1987, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Chief of Police regarding adjustment <br /> of various fees charged by the Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br /> and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the <br /> present repository for listing of fees and charges for <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section V (Special Permits) of Resolution No. 77-123 <br /> is hereby amended to include the following fees: <br /> <br /> "B. Massage Parlors <br /> 1. Permit Application $100.00 <br /> 2. Each Employee 50.00 <br /> <br /> D. Taxicabs <br /> 1. Permit Application 100.00 <br /> 2. Each Employee 25.00 <br /> <br /> H.
