It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to add agenda item 40 to the Consent Calendar as an urgency item. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 4. CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Pico requested that item 4h be removed from the Consent Calendar. Joe McAdams, 5754 Belleza Drive, spoke in opposition to the approval of PMS- 27, Tony Perino/Nearon Enterprises (item 4e supplemental). He believed this project was linked to a potential proposal to construct housing across from the Verona subdivision. He noted that the residents of Verona and its neighbors believe these two items are linked. The residents would like both items to be considered by Council simultaneously. The residents see this as a first step down the road to approval of a proposal that they are opposed to. He asked Council to defer this matter to a later time. Mr. Brozosky noted that Actions of the Zoning Administrator was only an informational report. He asked staff for clarification. Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development, said that the parcel map was approved administratively by the staff review board, and for it to be reviewed, it would need to be appealed within the time frame for appeals. Ms. Ayala appealed PMS-27, Tony Perrino/Nearon Enterprises (item 4e supplemental). Ms. Hosterman appealed PAP-63, Appellant: Anne Fox (PSDR-182, Mike Szeredy/PeopleSoft) (item 4e supplemental). Mr. Brozosky requested that item 41 be removed from the Consent Calendar and 4m be continued to the next meeting. It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions under the Consent Calendar be taken: Approved the Minutes of the City Council meeting of 3/30/04, and continued the approval of the City Council minutes of 4/6/04.
