(SR 04:016) <br /> <br />Rob Wilson presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked for an explanation to the proposed increase for development and <br />utility fees. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wilson stated that the $750,000 increase for development and utility fees is <br />comprised of consultant fees, and half of that amount is related to the golf course project <br />manager. In the past three months, staffhas come to Council to increase several of the <br />contracts, which related to the changing of the plans.
