It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Brozosky, (1) to authorize staff to integrate memorial artwork and personal items relating to Randy Lurn, along with items retained from the former on-site Manning barn, into the Clubhouse Fireside Room interior design at no additional cost to the City; (2) to direct staff to send a copy of this staff report and the Council's action to the Parks and Recreation Commission for its consideration as to whether artwork in memory of someone should be incorporated into the City's Policy for Naming Public Facilities. Mr. Brozosky wanted to clarify and make sure that any artwork would go through the proper channels. Ms. Hosterman supported Mr. Brozosky's comments. Mr. Wilson stated that the $750,000 increase for development and utility fees is comprised of consultant fees, and half of that amount is related to the golf course project manager. In the past three months, staffhas come to Council to increase several of the contracts, which related to the changing of the plans. Because the golf course continues to take additional time, the contract with the golf course manager needs to be extended.
