CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-404 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF AMADOR VALLEY <br /> ATHLETIC CLUB FOR A HERITAGE DAYS 10K RUN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 1, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 87:404) from the Assistant to the <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the Amador <br /> Valley Athletic Club for a permit to hold a 10K run on <br /> Sunday, September 13, 1987, as part of the Heritage Days <br /> activities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of the Amador Valley <br /> Athletic Club for a permit to hold a 10K run on Sunday, <br /> September 13, 1987 as part of the Heritage Days <br /> activities to be held in the City of Pleasanton as more <br /> particularly delineated in the report of the Assistant <br /> to the City Manager (SR 87:404), subject to all <br /> conditions set forth in that report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shaI1 become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None NETH~IyOR~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE <br /> <br />/~ame~ R.' ~alker, ~ity Clerk' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
