PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS Item 4d Approval of Contract Amendments with Creegan + D'Angelo and David Evans & Associates to provide additional engineering services for the Happy Valley Golf Course, Project No. 968036. (SR 03:007) Phil Grubstick presented the staffreport. Mr. Campbell asked about the Department of Fish and Wildlife Service improvements. Mr. Crmbstick said the review of the plans brought about some modification of the plans of the open space area and this amendment to the design contract allows for the revision of the improvements. Vanessa Kawalhau, 871 Sycamore Road, asked if contract amendment per*ained to the proposed cul de sac of Happy Valley Road. Mr. Grubstick said it did not include that. As the plans were presented to the County, the County had some comments on existing culvert crossings of Alisal Street that it wanted revised as part of our plans. We will be making those revisions. The County also wanted the sanitary sewer lift station to be placed in a vault instead of above ground and therefore considerable design changes are involved. Jerry Wagner, 6344 Alisal Street, asked about the items that the Council had listed on its closed session for December 20, 2002. He wanted to know if the closed session item concerning the Ferma Corporation concerned the flooding that had occurred following the heavy rains in December.
