It was moved by ~Vlr. Campbell, seconded by ~[s. Hosterman to introdnee Ordinance No. 1876, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, to amend Section 18.20.010, Project Subject to Design Review, and Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, and Landscape Regulation) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow attached porches in residential districts to come to within 12 feet of the front yard property linc. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Ayaia, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman and Mayor Pico NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL (1) Mr. Campbell asked about the Energy Advisory Committee appoinm~ents. He also inquired about the schedule for Team Building and the Council Priorities Session. Ms. McKeehan said she would take names from any of the Councilmembers for the formation of the Energy Advisory Committee. The Team Building will take place the January 27th and the Council Priorities Session on February 24th. (2) Ms. Ayala asked for public input on the Art Sculpture for Parkside Drive. Ms. McKeehan said this was on an upcoming agenda (3) Mr. Brozosky asked for the schedule on the next Bernal Property Update and for clarification on the meeting time for the Traffic Workshop on January 14, 2003. Ms. McKeehan said the Bemal Property item was on the agenda for January 21st and the Traffic Workshop is scheduled for 6:00 on January 14tu. This is the beginning of the information gathering in order to form recommendations to bring back to Council. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR No action was required or taken.
