authorized the City Manager to execute said amendment; and appropriated $72,040 from <br />the General Fund for the two contracts. (SR 02:248) <br /> <br />Adopted Ordinance No. 1870, an ordinance amending Sections 1.10.030 and 1.10.040 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning statements of economic interests and <br />designated positions under the Conflict of Interest Code. <br /> <br />City's Debt Limit and Current Financing Plans (IR 02:048) <br /> <br />Sue Rossi presented a brief summary of this item. <br /> <br />Ms. Ayala asked if the same percentages applied for ratings of state bonds and with the <br />new bonds on the November ballot, would the state still be within the 5% level? <br /> <br />Ms. Rossi said the ratings were similar. Again, it depends on the source of repayments. <br />She could not say for certain what the state bonding percentage was but believed they <br />were considered to be at a moderate level. <br /> <br />Ms. McKeehan pointed out these are long term debt and that is a bigger issue than the <br />City bonds. <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti asked if the report included bonds for the entire City, whether City <br />government or the School District? <br /> <br />Ms. Rossi indicated there could be concern with regard to the assessment districts if there <br />are too many general obligation bonds, including School District or Zone 7 bonds. <br /> <br />Reviewed the update of the Civic Center Master Plan Project and approved Amendment <br />No. 2 to the Agreement with Group 4 Architecture Research + Planning for an amount <br />estimated at $9,740, to facilitate community meetings. (SR 02:255) <br /> <br />Proclaimed October 14-18, 2002 as "Amador Valley DECA Week". <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 02-114, supporting Proposition 47 (Kindergarten-University <br />Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002).
