(SR 02:181) PUD-99-1-1 M, Mardel~ LLC Application for a PUD minor modification to allow modification to the northern portion of an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD-99-01) for a 12-lot residential subdivision located at 4456 Foothill Road. Adopted Ordinance No. 1863, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton for PUD Development Plan approval for a park and ride lot at the northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive, as filed under Case PUD-21. Accepted public improvements for Third Street reconstruction and East Angela sewer replacement, Project Nos. 995027 and 992002A; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the project; authorized final payment to Fanfa Incorporated in the amount of $4,102; and authorized payment of the retention in the amount of $41,328.62 to Fanfa Incorporated thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion.
